|  OUTDOOR SPORTS VENUES | Broadway Tech Centre has a number of sports venues including; basketball, roller hockey, and volleyball courts. There will also be frisbee, bocce and croquet lawn areas which are integrated into the park. These areas are available for corporate events as well as individual use. |  |

| | FITNESS FACILITY | Broadway Tech Flex is a 2,500 sq. ft. fitness facility that features a variety of modern exercise equipment. Membership is available exclusively to Broadway Tech Centre tenants. It is operated on our behalf by Curtis Personalized Health Management Limited. Having developed programs for individuals and organizations since 1985, Curtis can personalize a fitness program for you. Hours of operation are currently:
5:00 am – 11:00 pm, 7 days a week.

| | OUTDOOR PATIO & RESTAURANT | Bits & Bytes Café is currently located next to the patio on the plaza level. The café features an extensive breakfast and lunch menu and offers daily specials. Open Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 3:45 pm, the café offers deli sandwiches, burgers, French fries, soups, pastries, and more.

| | TENANT CONFERENCE ROOM | Broadway Tech Centre has a conference facility available for the exclusive use of tenants. A kitchen nook and reception area leads into a boardroom with seating for 18 people or a classroom that accommodates up to 40 people. The amenities available include surround sound; teleconference phone (long distance through tenant's long distance supply company), internet ADSL access, satellite, VCR, DVD, data projector with screen, white board, and a 3 legged easel for chart displays. The room is available on a pre-book, no-charge basis, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. back to top | |
