 OUTDOOR SPORTS COURTS |
Broadway Tech Centre has a basketball/roller hockey court and two volleyball courts, which can also be used for frisbee, bocce ball and croquet. Adjacent to the sports courts is a furnished plaza available with a barbeque. These areas are available for corporate events as well as individual use. |

| FITNESS FACILITY |
Broadway Tech Flex is a new 3,200 sq. ft. fitness facility that features a variety of modern exercise equipment as well as an aerobics floor. Membership is available exclusively to Broadway Tech Centre tenants. It is operated on our behalf by Curtis Personalized Health Management Limited. Having developed programs for individuals and organizations since 1985, Curtis can personalize a fitness program for you.
Hours of operation are currently:
5:00 am – 11:00 pm, 7 days a week.

LANDSCAPED PATHWAYS, COURTYARDS, WATER FEATURES
& DEDICATED PARK

Landscaped pathways, courtyards, and the thematic use of water in creeks, waterfalls and reflecting ponds create places of both active and passive recreation for the Broadway Tech Centre employee. In addition, there is a dedicated park at the north west corner of the site adjacent to 2925 Virtual Way. |

| RESTAURANT & OUTDOOR PATIO |
Bread Garden opened its doors in August 2008 offering a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Enjoy your meal while seated outside on the patio overlooking the sports courts or indoors taking in an event on one of the new flat screen TVs.

| TENANT CONFERENCE ROOM |
Broadway Tech Centre has a conference facility available for the exclusive use of tenants that accommodates up to 40 people.
The amenities available include; surround sound, teleconference phone (long distance through tenant's long distance supply company), internet ADSL access as well as wireless, satellite, VCR, DVD, data projector with screen, white board, small bar fridge and a 3 legged easel for chart displays.
The room is available on a pre-book, no-charge basis, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.

| CHANGE ROOMS, SHOWER FACILITIES & BIKE STORAGE |
Secured change rooms, shower facilities and bike storage are located on level P2 of the parkade in each building. These facilities are equipped with lockers for day use only. Drying rooms where you can air out your sportswear after a workout, are also available. |
