CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction continues with the following activities underway and scheduled to occur during the month of April 2008:
- Final commissioning of Base Building systems is in progress
- Interior finishes are nearing completion
- Exterior hard and soft landscaping is in progress, and the park to the west of Building #1 is expected to open in May
- Tenant improvement construction is underway and first occupancy is now scheduled for end of April
- Virtual Way will open to thru traffic in conjunction with first occupancy
