2910 Virtual Way (Building 4) & 2920 Virtual Way (Building 6)

• continue excavation and shoring
• continue soil anchor drilling in warehouse and elevator core
• continue warehouse demolition
• continue warehouse slab-on-grade removal / start detail excavation in warehouse
• continue detail excavation at footings within excavation
• continue concrete at pads, strip footings, and columns and walls
• continue mechanical underground, within excavation

2930 Virtual Way (Building 5)

• continue elevator installation
• complete work inside mechanical penthouse
• continue washroom finishes
• continue Lobby finishes
• complete flashing to roof parapets
• continue painting parkade P3 Level
• continue traffic coating parkade P2 Level

2940 Virtual Way (Building 7)

• continue elevator installation
• complete washroom finishes- all levels
• complete lobby finishes
• complete mechanical and electrical finishes on warehouse. Complete dock levelers- East landing dock
• complete S.W. corner exit stairs
• complete commissioning
• complete planter walls – S.W. Corner
• complete site preparation & blacktop – S.W. Corner
• continue elevator install – S.W. Corner
• continue deficiencies – All Areas
• Start green roof

Plaza

• continue carrier centre entrance metal cladding
• continue waterproofing the NW corner around Bldg. 5
• start landscaping – drain rock and piping
