Broadway Tech Centre is professionally managed by a dedicated Tenant Services Department.  ClikFIX is Bentall’s tenant service contact centre. This team won the national BOMA Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Customer Service. 

Customer Service Representatives are trained to quickly and efficiently handle tenant inquiries and requests across a broad range of situations.  From the moment you sign your lease with Bentall, you can call to make arrangements for your move into Broadway Tech Centre, whether it’s making arrangements for building access cards, elevator bookings or arranging monthly parking for your staff.  Once you are moved in and settled, you can also call about heating, air conditioning, housekeeping, security, plumbing, shipping & receiving, or even to reserve a boardroom.  The personnel also coordinate tenant communications, special events, information seminars, and move coordination.  ClikFIX is Bentall’s full service, one stop, contact centre.

Tenants deserve a prompt response to their call.  On average, we answer in 6 seconds.  As a courtesy, building operators/maintenance personnel will call tenants within 15 minutes of receiving a Work Order to advise they received their call and to provide an estimate of the time they will attend to your request.  This courtesy provides tenants with confidence that their request was received and allows them to better plan their day if they need to be in attendance when the work is completed.

Your work orders are tracked by our computer system to help us diagnose operating trends and anticipate matters even before you may notice them! These trends can help us identify efficiencies that we can act on to save you money. You can even give us “rules” that will allow us to handle matters in a standard manner so that no discussion is required. That saves you time.
