Bentall LP is proud to announce that after an extensive search throughout the region, BCLC has chosen Broadway Tech Centre as the new home for their lower mainland office and warehouse premises. BCLC will occupy all of the office space and the majority of the production/distribution space in 2940 Virtual Way (Building 7).

October 2009

Bentall LP is proud to announce that HSBC Bank Canada has chosen Broadway Tech Centre for a new four-storey, campus-style office building for the bank's administrative and support staff. HSBC Bank Canada will occupy all of 2910 Virtual Way (Building 4) which will be over 170,000 sq. ft. The building is designed to achieve a LEED Gold standard and is expected to be completed in 2012.  Please click HERE to view the press release.

We would like to acknowledge all of the tenants of Broadway Tech Centre who participated in this year's Tenant Appreciation BBQ Fundraiser.  

The head shave competition and hair cuts by donation raised valuable funds that were donated to the Canadian Cancer Society "Cops for Cancer Tour”. Thank you again for your generous support.

August 2008

Bread Garden has opened its newest urban café at Broadway Tech Centre.  Enjoy as meal on the outdoor patio overlooking the sports court or take in an event on one of the new flat screen TVs inside this new 3,500 sq. ft. restaurant.

The new 3,200 sq. ft. fitness facility is located adjacent to the Bread Garden and the new 1,100 sq. ft. tenant conference room.

Bentall Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Aker Solutions Canada has chosen Broadway Tech Centre as their new home after an extensive search through the market.  Aker Solutions Canada will be leasing approximately 55,000 sq. ft. in one of the two new buildings currently under construction and will be relocating in early 2010.

March 2008

Bentall Real Estate Services is happy to announce on behalf of bcIMC, the commencement of two more office buildings.  The buildings are targeted to be built to LEED Gold specifications. Each building will consist of approximately 79,000 sq. ft., built over three floors.

2925 Virtual Way is 100% pre-leased.  The Internet Marketing Centre has decided to relocate its Downtown Vancouver offices to Broadway Tech Centre, leasing the last 12,500 sq. ft. in 2925 Virtual Way.
