Bentall Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Aker Solutions Canada has chosen Broadway Tech Centre as their new home after an extensive search through the market.  Aker Solutions Canada will be leasing approximately 50,000 square feet in one of the two new buildings currently under construction and will be relocating in early 2010.

Bentall Real Estate Services is happy to announce on behalf of bcIMC, the commencement of two more office buildings.  The buildings are targeted to be built to LEED Gold specifications. Each building will consist of approximately 75,000 square feet, built over three floors.

Nintendo of Canada is the latest tenant to sign on!  Bentall Real Estate Services is happy to announce that Nintendo of Canada has chosen to relocate their Canadian headquarters to Broadway Tech Centre. Nintendo is leasing approximately 13,000 sq.ft. of space in the new building at 2925 Virtual Way which is scheduled for completion in Q1 2008.  The Building is now 45% preleased.

Bentall breaks ground on new LEED office building at Broadway Tech Centre

Adds 113,000 sq.ft. of office space to Vancouver market; leading-edge sustainable LEED Silver design

VANCOUVER, April 20 - On behalf of British Columbia Investment Management corporation (bcIMC), Bentall Capital L.P. officially broke ground today on 2925 Virtual Way at Broadway Tech Centre, an integrated office and warehouse development in  Vancouver. Completion of the 113,000 sq.ft. four-storey office building is scheduled for spring 2008. Total cost of the project is approximately $37 million.
